An outsider's view

Otso Sinisalo, East High School senior exchange student from Helsinki, Finland, is one of the students standing in front of the stage now.

"I think the presidential elections here are huge compared to what we have," he said. "The budgets are huge."

He also said he's excited to see Bill Clinton because he said Clinton has an excellent relationship with foreign countries.

His parents have been following the election in Finland, he said.
