Barker takes the stage

A decidedly enthusiastic Jim Barker, Erie schools superintendent, just took the stage.

"It's a very, very historic moment," Barker said. "East High School represents the best and the brightest in America."

He is stumping for Hillary Clinton a bit, saying how important education is to her campaign and how important education is. His short speech is more about Bill Clinton than Hillary Clinton.
