Clinton office officially opens tonight

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton’s local campaign headquarters officially opens today at 6 p.m.

The office is at 916 West Erie Plaza, in a storefront just north of the Dietary Foods store.

Erie Mayor Joe Sinnott, Erie City Councilwoman Rubye Jenkins-Husband, Democratic National Committee member Ian Murray and former Erie County Executive Judy Lynch are scheduled to attend the opening.

Supporters will get Clinton campaign literature, campaign buttons, yard signs, window signs, and a bite to eat.

The free event is open to the public.

The office phone is 454-1061. The office is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
