Do endorsements matter?

Sen. Bob Casey of Pennsylvania endorsed Sen. Barack Obama today.

Gov. Ed Rendell has endorsed Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Earlier this week, Nancy Reagan endorsed Sen. John McCain.

Those are just some examples of the support the presidential candidates have received. Do endorsements matter? Do they sway voters?

Let me know what you think.
