McCain clinches

CNN is projecting that John McCain won enough delegates to win the Republican nomination for president.

He reached the magic number of 1,191 delegates on the GOP side with his wins today.

I haven't paid much attention to McCain today in these postings, only because it was a foregone conclusion that he was going to win.

But it's a big moment for McCain and his supporters.

Meanwhile, the Democrats battle on.
