Clinton said she believes that the country can add 5 million new jobs in 10 years by supporting alternative energy programs.
These jobs, she said, couldn't be outsourced, because they have to be done in America.
She said that the nation can also add additional jobs by rebuilding the country's infrastructure: improving bridges, roads, etc.
