Clinton emphasized her pledge to end the Iraq War, calling it a "blank check" that has been handed to the Iraqi people.

She said she would put a new emphasis on the Iraqi government to step up their involvement in securing the country so that American troops can pull out.

More than that, she said, American troops deserve better than she believes they've been given.

"It is also important as we bring our troops home that we take care of them," Clinton said.
