Another postscript from the Hillary Rodham Clinton rally.
Those who attended the rally were dedicated to stand in line for hours outside in the cold.
"I can't feel my fingers,'' said Barbara Nienialkowska, 25, a native of Poland who is a graduate student of speech communications at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She can't vote, but she was interested in hearing what Clinton had to say.
Her friend, Heather Lewis, 34, a speech communications major at Edinboro, is a Democrat who's voting for Clinton.
"We weathered the cold for Hillary,'' said Lewis, a 10-year U.S. Navy veteran who will vote for the first time.
"This is history in the making,'' she said.

Without a doubt, from 2000 to 2008, the Senate’s most prolific legislator is Californian Diane Feinstein. Senator from New York, Hillary Rodham Clinton comes in 3d overall (after Bill Frist) and 2nd for all Senate Democrats. Hillary’s legislative output puts her into the 97th percentile.
Where does Obama rank? Not in the top ten or twenty. His output puts him at the 65th percentile.

Cold weather friends, indeed.
I was glad to see Illinois Sen. Barack Obama’s presidential campaign finally take Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton to task last week for her broken promise while running for the Senate in 2000 to bring 200,000 jobs to upstate New York. Since Clinton made that jobs promise during her first campaign for the Senate, upstate New York has lost an additional 40,000 jobs.
