"Who would you hire to do this job?"

Clinton asked the crowd to volunteer their time to her campaign, helping her in her quest for the White House before repeatedly asking them "Who would you hire?" to fulfill a number of her campaign promises.

Each time, the crowd screamed "You."

She ended the speech shortly after, speaking for a total of about 50 minutes.
