Rendell for VP?

Gov. Ed Rendell, a supporter of Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, continues to be mentioned in some reports as a possible vice presidential candidate for Clinton's opponent, Sen. Barack Obama.

I doubt that.

But I hope to ask the governor about such a prospect when he visits Erie on Thursday.
