Biden's up next at convention

Sen. Joe Biden will give his speech shortly.

Meanwhile, CNN is reporting that Sen. John McCain has selected his running mate, but hasn't revealed his choice yet.

McCain is scheduled to appear with his running mate in Dayton, Ohio, on Friday.

Biden, meanwhile, has just formally been nominated as the Democratic vice presidential nominee.
