Clinton's unifying speech

Bill Clinton just finished his speech -- about 20 minutes long.

CNN analysts are saying Democrats couldn't be happier with Clinton's speech, in which he gave his full support to Sen. Barack Obama.

Clinton said that in 1992, Republicans said he was too young and too inexperienced to be commander-in-chief.

"Sound familar?'' he asked.

"It didn't work in 1992 because we were on the right side of history and it will not work in 2008 because Barack Obama is on the right side of history,'' he said.
