Political junkies are buzzing about the potential VP picks for Sen. Barack Obama and Sen. John McCain.

Obama is expected to make his choice known this week, probably sooner than later.

McCain could reveal his choice next week. Of course, for Erie-area residents, the biggest question is whether McCain will choose Tom Ridge as his running mate.

Both camps have put a tight lid over their likely choices, which is amazing given all the leaks in politics.
