Ridge bumped again

Former Gov. Tom Ridge had been scheduled to speak Tuesday night at the Republican National Convention.

But Hurricane Gustav forced a shortened GOP convention program, bumping him from the schedule. He won't be speaking tonight either.

Convention spokeswoman Maury Donahue said she doesn't know yet whether Ridge will be on the speaking schedule for Thursday night -- the final night of the convention.
