Last day to register

Don't forget. Today is the last day in Pennsylvania to register to vote in the Nov. 4 election.

The Erie County Election Office, on the first floor of the Erie County Courthouse, 140 W. Sixth St., will be open until 8 p.m. to accommodate people who wait until the last minute. The office typically closes at 4:30 p.m.

So there you have it -- no excuses.
