Dahlkemper, Earll win

Watch the celebrations and the disappointments as newcomer Democrat Kathy Dahlkemper and incumbent Republican state Sen. Jane Earll win their races for the 3rd District of the U.S. Congress and the 49th District of the state Senate, respectively. Third district Republican incumbent Phil English came up short against Dahlkemper but he thanks his supporters for 14 years in the House of Representatives. First-time candidate Cindy Purvis makes a plea for campaign finance reform.
