Obama picks and pans?

There's some grumbling nationally among liberals about some of President-elect Barack Obama's centrist picks for his Cabinet. I haven't found that to be the case locally, though.

They seem pleased about diversity in the Cabinet and Obama's honoring a commitment to reach across the aisle.

What do you think about his picks, which include everyone from Hillary Rodham Clinton for secretary of state to Bush holdover Robert Gates for secretary of defense?

Post a comment. And check out my story and column on this subject in Sunday's Erie Times-News.

Bonnie:

I think Barack Obama is doing an excellent job so far he is holding to his campaign promise of choosing a diverse group of people who are truly interested in our country not just politics
