Pearl Jam, Metallica to play Bonnaroo

The 2008 Bonnaroo lineup was unveiled today (Wednesday) and one big rumored name was missing: Led Zeppelin.
Robert Plant will be there, though, singing with Alison Krauss. So will Pearl Jam and Metallica, which you may as well consider co-headliners.
Other top names include the Allman Brothers Band, Kanye West, Jack Johnson, Phil Lesh and Friends, My Morning Jacket, Willie Nelson, the Raconteurs, Death Cab for Cutie, B.B. King, O.A.R., and Sigur Ros.
The Grateful Dead reunited on Monday in San Francisco in a show of support for Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obnama. That led to speculation the Dead might follow up with a summer tour that would include a Bonnaroo stop. So far, that's not the case.
Bonnaroo will also feature Ben Folds, Iron & Wine, Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi's Soul Stew Revival, Rilo Kiley, Broken Social Scene, Lupe Fiasco, Against Me!, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Avett Brothers, Drive-By Truckers, Mastodon, Yonder Mountain String Band, Aimee Mann, Solomon Burke, Robert Randolph's Revival, Levon Helm, Jakob Dylan, Vampire Weekend, Battles, Dark Star Orchestra, Lez Zepplin -- the all-girl Zep tribute band -- and a killer Bluegrass All Stars' lineup with Sam Bush, Jerry Douglas, Bela Fleck, Edgar Meyer, and more.
The complete lineup is available at www.bonnaroo.com. The fest is set for June 12-15 in Manchester, Tenn. Tickets go on sale Feb. 16 at noon and will start at $209.50 for the four-day pass. After that allotment is sold out, prices go to $229.50, and then to $244.50. Whatever you pay, you also will incur a service charge of $22.95 per ticket, and shipping charges ($10 to $12).

Devil Wears Prada will perform at Edinboro's Off-Campus University Center on May 10. Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, White Chapel, and Gwen Stacey will open. Tickets are $12 advance, available at erieshows.com.

New Model Army is embarking on a rare U.S. tour; look for them play Pittsburgh's 31st Street Pub on March 22.

"Mamma Mia!" will return to Cleveland for an Aug. 5-10 run at State Theatre. Tickets are on sale at tickets.com and by phone at (216) 241-6000 and (866) 546-1353.
