Buffalo Place Rocks the Harbor will return with Great Big Sea on Aug. 15 and Robert Cray Band and Keb' Mo' on Aug. 16. Both shows are at Erie Canal Harbor, with $10 advance tickets going on sale May 31 at Ticketmaster. They will be $15 at the door.
