3 Doors Down postpones Pittsburgh show

In case you have tickets for Sunday's 3 Doors Down show near Pittsburgh, hang tight and hang onto them.
The band has postponed three shows -- including the one at Post-Gazette Pavilion -- due to doctor's orders. Singer Brad Arnold has acute laryngitis.

A rescheduled date will be announced soon.

Speaking of postponements, U2 announced today it has pushed back its eagerly awaited new CD until early 2009. The band says it's still writing new songs, though it already has 50 to 60 completed. That's leading to speculation that U2 may release its first double CD of original material.
