Vocal hall celebrates 10th anniversary; Tobe Hooper

Sharon's Vocal Group Hall of Fame will celebrate its 10th anniverary with a blowout, multi-day concert.
Shows are set from Nov. 6-9 at the Chevrolet Centre in Youngstown, Ohio, and will feataure many of the inductees.
Look for performoances from Tony Orland, O'Jays, Three Dog NIght, Sam Moore, the Lettermen, the Lovin' Spoonful, Martha & the Vandella, Association, Jay & th Americans, Peter Tork, Al Jardine of the Beach Boys, the Dixie Cups, Ruth Pointer, the Crystals, the Angels, the Chi-Lites, Florence LaRue of 5th Dimenion, Brooklyn Bridge, and more.

Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster. Call (724) 983-2025 for more information. Tickets will range from $25 to $45 per show, and table seats ($60) with artists are also available.

Also, the Eerie Horror Film Festival will feature director obe Hooper as a special guest next year. Marilyn Burns, the Erie native who appeared in "Texas Chainsaw Massacre," will also visit. She was supposed to make it this year but was hospitalized with a perforated ulcer and couldn't make the trip.
