Motley Crue show on sale Nov. 22; Faces to reunite

As tipped here yesterday, Motley Crue is indeed headed to Erie. Their "Saints of Los Angeles" tour will stop at Tullio Arena on March 7.

Opening up will be Hinder, who just released "Take It to the Limit, the follow-up to their debut that included the massive hit "Lips of An Angel." Theory of a Deadman is on the bill, too, as well as contest winner the Last Vegas.

Tickets will go sale Nov. 22 at the Tullio Arena box office, Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 452-4857 or 456-7070. Prices will be $95, $75, $49.50, and $29.50.

Crue fan club members and American Express card holders can get tickets through a pre-sale starting today through Nov. 21.
Motley Crue last played Erie in 2006, drawing 5,200 fans. This show features a stronger opening lineup, though, so it wouldn't surprise me if it sells out. It's on a Saturday, as well, which can only help.

Rod Stewart has confirmed to Rolling Stone that he will join a Faces' reunion tour in 2009. Rod and Ron Wood, back together, playing "Stay With Me" and more. That'll be cool. I prefer Rod the rocker to Rod the torch singer.

"Before I Self Destruct," 50 Cent's next CD, has been pushed back to early 2009, according to Billboard.
