Robert Plant and Alison Krauss soared to No. 2 on the latest Billboard album chart after winning five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. Rolling Stone and other sites also report Plant/Krauss have already started work on a follow-up with T Bone Burnett, which further suggests Plant will never do a Led Zeppelin reunion. Why would he; he's on a roll?
Chautauqua Amphitheater has booked something unusual: a one-man show with Seinfeld veteran Jason Alexander on July 31. He'll perform "Donnie Clay Will Show You the Way," a wicked spoof on motivational speakers.
Details are sketchy on who'll present at the Oscars on Sunday but word is "Twilight's" Robert Pattinson will definitely appear. Several web sites also say Zac Efron, Beyonce, and Miley Cryus are also going to appear -- most likely in a big production number with host Hugh Jackman..
Wait: Isn't this the Oscars, not the Grammys?
