Kown to make spot start Saturday

One week after being moved to the bullpen, SeaWolves right-hander Andrew Kown (2-3, 6.35) will return to the rotation and make a spot start Saturday on the road in the opening game of a 6:05 p.m. doubleheader against the Binghamton Mets at NYSEG Stadium.
Kown replaces right-hander Ben Fritz in the rotation. Fritz (1-1, 5.05 in seven starts) has been placed on the disabled list because of a sore right shoulder.
The SeaWolves on Friday also added reliever Angel Castro, 25, to their roster from Single-A Lakeland. Castro, a 5-foot 11-inch, 200-pound right-hander, was 2-1 with a 2.66 ERA and had four saves in 16 relief appearances with Lakeland.
