Four SeaWolves selected to Eastern League All-Star Game

The SeaWolves will be represented by four players at the July 16 Eastern League All-Star Game in Manchester, N.H.
Catcher Dusty Ryan, left fielder Wilkin Ramirez, first baseman Ryan Roberson and closer Casey Fien were selected to the 24-man Southern Division All-Star team.
Eastern League fans voted for one pitcher and one position player for the All-Star Game from their respective teams. Fien and Ryan were fan selections, while Ramirez and Roberson were selected by league managers, coaches and media.
In personnel moves today involving the SeaWolves, reliever Anastacio Martinez was transferred to Triple-A Toledo on Wednesday. His roster spot will be filled by reliever Angel Castro, who was promoted to Erie on Wednesday from Single-A Lakeland for the second time this season.
Toledo reliever Preston Larrison, who pitched for Erie for all or parts of four seasons from 2003-06, was given his unconditional release on Tuesday.
Martinez joined the SeaWolves on June 19 from Toledo. He appeared in three games with Erie and threw 2 1/3 innings of scoreless relief.
Castro was promoted to Erie from Lakeland on May 16. He was transferred to Lakeland on June 11.
