Sayonnara working stiffs, I'm outta here.

Well, for a week anyway.

I'm on vacation all next week and my head is swimming with possibilities which, weather providing, will surely revolve around swimming since our pool is now open and warm enough to swim in (or will be by Monday).

It will just be me and the girls since my husband only gets a week of vacation and he's going to take that when I take a another week of vacation in August.

An entire week to do whatever we want: Go to Waldameer, slide up to Splash Lagoon, lay in the grass and watch birds, throw an improptu pool party, take a creek walk, invite the girls' cousins over for a sleepover, camp in the backyard, bake cookies, cruise across the bay on the Lady Kate, spend a day at Beach #7, take in "Cars" at Tinseltown, visit the TREC and eat in the cafe there .... the possibilities are endless.

And, they're all right here in Erie county -- Pennsylvania's best kept vacation-destination secret.

Shhh....don't tell anyone.
