Merry Christmas

...er, Happy Halloween, I mean.

I live south of I-90 which is a bad place for a snow-hater to live. I woke up today to several inches of snow, but was hell-bent on still going for a run. It was fine on the Greene Township roads, but apparently Millcreek didn't gas up the plows because those roads were full of slushy, wet snow which soon found it's way into my mesh-top running shoes and caused me to quickly rethink the wisdom of fighting with Mother Nature.

Here we go...

At the risk of whining...winters are long enough here without beginning them in flippin' October. I'm looking forward to driving into the office in the city where it will still be autumn.
