Three things I'm lovingthis week:
1. Gas prices. $2.25 a gallon....at least SOMETHING is going right for us -- economically -- right now.
2. Snapfish and their free Photo book. (and Oprah)...thanks to Oprah...Snapfish is giving away a free standard 8x10 custom cover photo book. Hurry...offer expires tomorrow (Friday). Shipping and extra pages are not included.
3. Jerome Bettis. The Bus -- The Pittsburgh Steelers retired and much-loved running back -- is rollin' into Penn State Behrend's Junker Center tonight. Nittany Lion blue will be replaced by a sea of black-and-gold, I'm sure.

Funny story about this -- I thought it was last week. My husband and I took the kids to the sitter, got our butts down to Behrend at 6:45 p.m. to get a good seat and wondered as we walked up to the center....where is everyone? I looked at the tickets in my hand and said...it is Nov. 13, right? Um...no. The funniest part of this story was that I had been giving my husband hell for parking at the Reed Union Building and telling me it was the Junker Center..."I've WORKED there Heather, I know...." Then, of course..he says...oh....uh...you're right. So....I was still gloating when we discovered we were there on the wrong night. Yes...we're quite a pair.
Three things I'm not loving this week:
1. The Burger King guy. Is anyone else freaked out by this guy? He's creepy... with his big clown head and skinny Jack-Skellington (ala Nightmare before Christmas) body. Not funny. Creepy.
