We haven't been too concerned with the potty thing yet. She sits on it every night before bath and four times she's actually put something in it.
But now I'm seeing a few more signs that she's ready. She immediately tells us when she's pooped and that she wants changed. She's started to wake up dry in the morning. And the other day she told me her doll had pooped and it needed changed.
Yesterday I went to pick her up from school and she told me she wanted to use the potty. Nothing happened, but at least she wanted to sit on it.
She sits on the potty regularly at school, but at home the only time we can get her to sit on the potty is at night. She's developed this association at home that each time she sits on the potty she needs to take a bath. Each time we ask her about sitting on the potty, she says, "No potty. No bath." It doesn't matter to her that we say she doesn't have to have a bath or that each time she uses the potty she doesn't need to bath or even that at school she sits on the potty without taking a bath. So, how do we break that association?
