This week's episode of Lost is titled "Jughead." Here's what TVGuide.com has listed as the show's synopsis:

Locke finds out the identity of the forces who have been attacking the survivors, and Desmond searches for a woman who could be the key to helping Faraday stop the island's erratic movements through time.

That woman Desmond is looking for, I suppose, would be Daniel Faraday's mother. Maybe she's Ms. Hawking, the mysterious white-haired woman that popped up in the church with Ben at the end of "The Lie."

There is little hint if the episode has anything to do with Archie's pal in the old comics.
