Today's list: Ranking Browns starting quarterbacks since 1999

Romeo Crennel already announced that Brady Quinn is the Browns' starting quarterback next season. That could change, of course, pending some small detail like, uh, Crennel's continued employment by the franchise
. No matter who they choose, the Browns will be looking for a player to provide unprecedented stability at a position that has basically been treated as a savior tryout since the team re-joined the league.

Below are the Browns' starting quarterbacks since 1999, ranked according to passer efficiency rating (attempts-completions-yards-TDs-ionterceptions)
