Get ready for steelhead season

If you've wondered how to hook up with the most knowledgeable steelhead anglers around, or want to support the steelhead fishery but aren't sure how, save some time the night of Aug. 13.

That's when the Pennsylvania Steelhead Association's first meeting of the season is scheduled at 7 p.m. at American Legion Millcreek Post 773, 4109 W. 12th St., Erie.

The public and new members are invited.

Along with other clubs like S.O.N.S. of Lake Erie, 3-C-U Trout Association, the Northwestern Pennsylvania Sportsman's Coalition and your local outdoors club, PSA does much of the political and physical work that makes so much of what we outdoors possible. Consider joining.
