Pennsylvania gets 3rd refuge

Pennsylvania has its third national wildlife refuge, this one in the Poconos. The 20,466-acre Cherry Valley National Wildlife Refuge joins Erie National Wildlife Refuge, in Guys Mills, and John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge in Philadelphia.
