UPDATE: Janus, Slovakia trailing 1-0 after 1st period

Erie Otters goaltender Jaroslav Janus stopped eight of nine shots in the first period. But Slovakia trails Russia 1-0 after one period in today's bronze medal game of the 2009 IIHF World Junior Championship at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario.
