UPDATE: Russia's Filatov scores late, takes 3-1 lead

Russia's Nikita Filatov scored with 32 seconds left in the second period to take a 3-1 lead against Erie Otters goaltender Jaroslav Janus and Slovakia. Filatov was the No. 1 pick in the 2008 CHL Import Draft (Sudbury) and No. 6 pick in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft (Columbus).
