Where to stay in Cleveland (Runners)

Where to stay in Cleveland

I'm thinking I should book a hotel in Cleveland as soon as possible for the marathon, but I have NO idea where to book one. Any suggestions? Any good (yet reasonable) hotels near the marathon route I should check out. All of the "host" hotels are full.
