I recently sent an e-mail to our Her Times reader network asking for their input about a redesign for www.hertimes.com. I asked them to tell me about their favorite Web sites and I got this response from Mary Carlotti of Erie:

I happened to have had "order shoes" on yesterday's to-do list, so I checked out Zappos and found a pair of cute Saucony's (accented in PINK!) for $55. I bought two pairs (I always do so that I can rotate wearing them) at lunchtime yesterday and had an e-mail by 5 p.m. telling me they were shipped and on their way and should be on my doorstep today!

Can't beat that.
