My body was right all along

Glancing at my training calendar this morning revealed that, in fact, yesterday I was only supposed to run 6 miles. Being that it's a fall-back (rest) week for me I only run: 5, 6, 5, 6 and 12 this week.

So, I guess my body was right all along -- it knew 6 miles was it yesterday.

Felt much better today and had no trouble with my 5-miler on the treadmill this morning.

Hope you managed to get out and enjoy the warm weather we had last night and early this morning. Would've been nice to run in that weather, but....soon it will be here all the time. Ah...despite the flurries in the sky, spring is in the air.
