How the biggest losers keep it off

"Most people who have lost weight (and kept it off) adopted these five habits," says Liz Applegate, Ph.D in today's edition of Runner's World magazine's e-newsletter. You can find out what those five habits are here.

I can vouch for these five habits -- they're all my own habits. And, in fact, I am one of the people who participates in the study she talks about (National Weight Control Registry).
