Trick or treat?

Beware -- those little "snack-size" candy bars you're thinking of swiping from the kids pack a calorie-wallop. Most hover around 100 calories a piece.

Fortunately, we runners have the room to indulge a bit. Just think of it as one mile for every "snack."
