The one (and only) good thing about Thanksgiving, for me, is that it always starts at Presque Isle with several hundred friends at the ERC's annual Turkey Trot. I can't think of a better way to start my day than a run with a friend -- and it's even better when it's a run with 2,000 friends, followed by a relaxing, post-race party sipping a few beers, chomping on some incredible baked goods from Sontheimer's and shooting the bull with people who get me.

Note that if you won an award or need to pick up your t-shirt/sweatshirt -- you will have just one opportunity to do that -- at the ERC's next membership meting on Dec. 10th at the Plymouth. Anyone can pick up, so if you can't be there, ask a friend or family member to pick up for you.
