What keeps you running?

Runner's World magazine has a great blog discussion going about what motivates runners to get out the door. Some of the comments are quite inspiring.

You're invited to send them your comments and they may be used in a future article for Runner's World magazine.

If reading all of these (and that will take you a while, so you might want to do this after work) doesn't inspire you....I don't know what will.

It's going to be a cold weekend for running -- they're calling for single-digits. This thread may be the kick-in-the-pants you need to bundle up and get your butt out there. Remember...it's NEVER as cold as it seems once you get moving and, chances are, you'll be sweating by mile 1.
