15 best foods for runners

Food is fuel -- especially for a runner.

Common sense will tell you what foods aren't healthy choices. No matter how many miles you run, deep-fried-anything is not a healthy food choice (OK to eat occasionally, sure...but not something you want to make a staple of your diet).
