Exercises to skip

AOL catches me with the stories they tease in the scrolling feature box on the opening screen. I go to check my e-mail for 3 minutes and...bam!...I'm sucked into reading five stories I couldn't resist clicking on. This is why I limit my AOL email checks to once during lunch.

Yesterday, there was a cool story about the 10 Exercises you can STOP Doing (cause they're doing you no good). Had to click on it (of course) and thought it was pretty on-target.

Check it out here.
