Runner turned bodybuilder

No, not me. Though...I am soon going to have to apply for a permit to carry around the "guns" Mabel has helped me grow! (now...if only some warm weather so I can shed my sleeves and show them off!).

ANYWAY...this isn't about me...it's about a former running friend of mine, Susan Maloney, who just won the title of Ms. Iron City in Pittsburgh amateur bodybuilding competition.

Susan and I met a the Tuesday night track workouts at McDowell...waayyyy back when her daughter was a preschooler. Little Annie would play in the infield while Susan and I sweated it out on the track, doing speedwork.

Now...THOSE are some guns...hell...that's a freakin' arsenal.
