It's "Bike Night" at Barb Filutze's Step-by-Step training program on Monday night (the 28th).
Here's what Barb had to say:
"This week we will have a 'Bike' night with the Girls Go Cycle club -- a group of women cyclists -- who meet every Monday night for a group ride.We will have VICKI JOHNSON & JANE MCMASTER THORNTON to present their program.
One of my goals is to introduce people to better overall fitness that includes crosstraining like biking, lifting weights, pushups, standing abs workouts, etc."
