Megan's story

There was a great story in the Erie Times-News sports section today about Megan Collins -- a local athlete and all-around great person who has been involved in a different kind of challenge in the past year -- fighting breast cancer.

Read the story here. There's audio , too.

I speak for all the women who've stared at her backside (cause there was no catching Megan...we all followed her) when I say...I hope very soon to get a glimpse of her ass somewhere way up ahead of me at the races again soon.

She was always a gracious and considerate competitor and a friend to all when the race was over -- usually found at the finish line cheering on the ones coming in behind her (I know....I was always behind her). :-)

There's more to Megan's story -- she's "Linked by Pink" -- you can read about it in the next issue of Her Times -- Sept. 14.
