You can eat healthy on the cheap

Anyone who's ever shopped at a grocery store can tell you that it's not cheap to eat healthy. The "light" versions of foods always cost more as do fresh fruits and veggies (unless you brave the crowds at Erie County Farms) -- particularly in the winter.

However, you can still eat healthy on the cheap -- it just take a little planning on your part. Check out this post by the Midnight Raider.
