SeaWolves' home opener postponed

Tonight’s Erie SeaWolves season opener against the Altoona Curve has been postponed because of poor field conditions. No make-up date has been announced.

Fans with tickets to the home opener can exchange those for any remaining game during the 2007 season.

The SeaWolves and Curve will open the season Friday. Gates will open at 6 p.m. with the first pitch at 6:35 p.m.

Scheduled pitching matchup is RHP Dallas Trahern for the SeaWolves and LHP Josh Shortslef for the Curve.
