SeaWolves' home opener postponed, again

Poor field conditions have postponed tonight’s Erie SeaWolves season opener against the Altoona Curve. No make-up date has been announced.

The team was scheduled to open their season Thursday, but poor field conditions postponed that game, too.

Fans with tickets to either of the first two games can exchange those for any remaining game during the 2007 season.

The SeaWolves and Curve are now scheduled to open the season Saturday. Jerry Uht Park gates will open at 6 p.m. with the first pitch at 6:35 p.m.

If Saturday's game is postponed, Monday night's game against Binghamton will be opening day.

For information, call the SeaWolves at (814) 456-1300.
